UPLIFT: Women’s Only Strength Classes
Learn how to lift weights safely and develop overall strength and wellness. Learn compound, multi-joint movements such as the squat, deadlift and bench press. All abilities and ages are welcome. Come and train in a safe and inclusive environment for women. Evening, lunchtime and daytime classes are available.
Sessions take place at The Fitness Quarter and Daves Gym:
Friday 10:30am
Tuesday 8:30am (Daves Gym, Strong and Stable Class, Women’s only 50+ Class)
